Hint 1. Where to look
Three blocks from the pagoda, the carousel, and the boat. The drawing is on the left of the well.
Hint 2. What to understand
The drawing is the target state. Rotate the blocks to match it. There is no published 'turn left three times' that is safe without that drawing, because the blocks can start in different positions if you handle them.
Hint 3. Reported solution
Set the three blocks so they match the drawing beside the well. Enemies spawn when it finishes. The tongue is down the well, in the southwest room.
