Hint 1. Where to look
Crouch. The keycard is on the left of the table in the middle of the patrol.
Hint 2. What to understand
Wait until the patrol walks the middle, take the card, and use the door in the back-left corner. The keypad is the next hallway, not this room.
Hint 3. Reported solution
Stay crouched, take the keycard from the left of the central table, and open the back-left door. Then use the red-hallway puzzle for the cabinet.
