Hint 1. Where to look
Security office desk for the tip. Diamond statue in the hallway to the west of the large room.
Hint 2. What to understand
The tip sits on the statue. Three bands have to read as one continuous pattern. Match the pattern; do not hunt for a published turn count, because the guide does not give one.
Hint 3. Reported solution
Place the Leviathan tip on the diamond statue and turn the three sections until the pattern lines up. Use the object you receive on the nearby keypad door.
